Lauren Edens was born right here in Knoxville! When she was 3 years old, her family relocated to Newcastle, Australia where Lauren lived until she turned 18, returning to Knoxville to attend college. Before getting started in real estate, Lauren was an elementary school teacher. Lauren has a passion for helping others navigate through big life events, and real estate is a very rewarding profession for her to showcase her skills and her heart. Having grown up in the Powell community, Miles Edens is a true Knoxville native. He's a graduate of Johnson University with a business degree specializing in nonprofit management. Prior to becoming a Realtor, he spent six years assisting families in the Knoxville area through community outreach. After purchasing his first home at the age of 22, Miles knew a career in real estate was right for him. He sees his work in real estate as an opportunity to serve others as they walk through major life transitions, while also having a positive impact on our city. Jordon has always had a passion for helping people in life. April Ganser is our lead buying specialist. She is originally from Pleasanton, California, but has lived in Tennessee for the last 9 years. Having had a passion for homes since childhood, April became a licensed Realtor two and a half years ago. Jeffrey Openshaw is from Knoxville, TN. He has deep roots in real estate, beginning his love for the business at a young age. "In a way, I’ve been in Real Estate since I can remember... Growing up, we moved every two years for dad’s job. And every two years we had a new house… I still remember the excitement of helping my mom “go, house hunting.” There’s something about starting fresh, decluttering and keeping only what matters most that’s always appealed to me. It’s funny how a new home does that to ya. Katie Padgett is originally from West Palm Beach, Florida. Her family moved to Powell when she was 7 years old, and she has been living in and loving East Tennessee ever since. Katie started in real estate in 2016. She is someone who puts her client's needs above all and works hard to make sure they are happy.

Melanie Young is from Elizabethton, Tennessee, and has lived in Knoxville since 2011. She started as an unlicensed assistant in 2018 but quickly fell in love with the real estate business and decided to get her own license. As transaction coordinator, Melanie's job is to keep everyone on track, make sure deadlines are met, and communicate with all parties involved to keep the transaction smooth. In her free time, Melanie enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and loving on her pets.

Carl Young is the Team Lead and Lead Listing Specialist for Young Marketing Group. Carl grew up in Johnson City, Tennessee, and has lived in Knoxville on-and-off for over 15 years. Carl has a long history of sales and marketing. He was with Verizon Wireless for 12 years as a Retail Sales rep and promoted to Manager of the Turkey Creek Verizon Wireless store in Knoxville, TN. He soon became a District Manager over the Western NC region with Verizon and then converted to strategic outside Government Sales. Carl began his career in real estate in 2016, and he began Young Marketing Group at Keller Williams Realty in Knoxville in 2018.
